Troops 242, alongside Pack 242, celebrated “Scout Sunday” at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, in Newport News. Scouts served as altar boys, ushers and greeters, and a Scouter served as a lector, at the 5 p.m. Mass on February 2nd. “Scout Sunday,” makes churchgoers aware of the scouting program.
